Smarter map features help customers find farms with ease.
Our responsive map got a major upgrade with improved accuracy and dynamic updates.
Registered GrownBy farms are priority ranked, and with more visible farms per page, farm products are even more discoverable. The map automatically refreshes as you move it, making it easier than ever to discover new farms.
Streamline order processing with PDF print exports for formatted packaging labels.
GrownBy automatically generates a pick and pack list to make distribution day easy, and now farmers can simplify order prep and boost efficiency with GrownBy’s new label printing tools.
Export PDF-ready labels with all relevant order details to streamline your farm’s packing and distribution process.
Whether you use a standard printer, thermal printer for continuous roll labels, or laser printer for large order quantities, GrownBy’s flexible printing options are compatible with the printer you already own and supports multiple formats.
Print a single item (e.g. a box of kale) or up to seven items for consolidated labeling. Learn how to customize printed labels by size and number of items per label.

We made farmer-customer communication easier than ever with Instant Messaging on GrownBy 3.7.2.
Farmers can now streamline customer management while building a loyal, repeat customer base!
With our new instant messaging feature, you’ll get notified anytime a customer directly messages you about your offerings.
Customers can directly message any farmer regarding farm items, orders, or growing practices.
Farmers can respond to customer inquiries and initiate conversations with customers who have favorited the farm, or made a purchase, but cannot message them without prior contact.

Custom CSA Shares
GrownBy now supports customizable CSA shares and a box builder so that farmers can offer highly curated share selections based on customer preferences, past orders, and real-time inventory.
GrownBy uses an algorithm that builds customized CSA boxes and will adapt to customer's individual preferences over time. In addition to prioritizing customer favorites (say, they love beets, but dislike radishes), the algorithm is subject to constraints based on inventory availability. *Our team is continually improving and expanding these features.
