GrownBy is now grownby.com across the web, and on your farm store. We will redirect any customers visiting your storefront at our previous grownby.app address, but please update your shop link in any printed materials, web links, and social media.
Farmers can now require customers to cover all processing fees.
Farmers now have the option to require customers to pay all processing fees at checkout. This change means you can keep more of your earnings without absorbing those extra costs yourself.*

Order cutoffs are set to the hour, rather than day.
Managing orders just got more precise! Instead of setting cutoffs by days, farmers can now set them by the hour — giving farmers tighter control over order management. This flexibility is especially useful for last-minute shoppers and short harvest windows. Learn how order schedules work.

Apply multiple categories to products to organize products and simplify shop search.
Farmers can now assign multiple categories to each product on your GrownBy shop for easier browsing and better reporting.
Farmers can quickly track sales by product type directly via the Farmer Dashboard, which has also been updated. See more info below.
New & improved farmer dashboard helps sellers easily manage custom shares.
There’s now a dedicated dashboard where farmers can track and manage CSA customizations with more flexibility and oversight. Farmers have more control over when customization window opens and closes, and sellers will receive automated email notifications about customer activity to better track orders, inventory, and future sales.

Farmers can offer highly curated share selections based on customer preferences, past orders, and real-time inventory.
Automated customer notifications & reminders for credit card expiration.

UI/UX Improvements & Bug Fixes
Financial reports and invoices now include customer location and address details, making it easier for you to track orders and deliveries. We’ve added Fortis payment columns, enhanced support for ACH payments in Canada, and introduced future date filtering on the invoice screen — a simple but powerful way to project upcoming cash flow.
Admin management is also easier now, with farmers having the ability to redelegate account ownership if needed, ensuring that your business remains flexible as your team changes. When manually creating orders, the system will now ignore minimum pickup rules and closed schedule settings, letting you complete special orders without extra hassle.
To improve the customer shopping experience, we’ve introduced a character limit for product names and short descriptions, helping to keep listings clean and readable, especially on mobile.
