Farmers and customers can now see their Farm Credit history, improvements to pack order and label functionality, and more!


GrownBy 3.9 is now available on all versions with many improvements for farmers and consumers alike

Welcome to GrownBy 3.9! We've made improvements to your experience online by making several updates, bug fixes and changes based on your feedback and requests. We recently held a webinar for Grownby farmers to connect with, and ask questions of, our experienced skilled staff members. If you missed the webinar you can now watch the recording below.



Farm Credit can now be viewed from the customer detail page
Find the Farm credit history for your customers on their customer detail page.

Customers will have access to their transaction history, helping them to understand where they're spending their Farm Credits, and when.

In GrownBy 3.9 you can organize products by weight

Organize your packing order by weight 


You can now organize your pick lists and packing orders by weight! No more worrying about heavier produce like potatoes sitting on top of more delicate or lighter fruits and veggies.



New Farmer Analytics!


Use Farmer Analytics (located in your Account Settings) to track and analyze your visitors' actions and your farm's website traffic. You can use the data to develop your own ads campaigns, build targeted audienced for your social media, and make decisions for growth and/or conversions for your sales strategy.



Save on credit card payments with Fortis


In an effort to continue finding more affordable payment processing options for our cooperative, GrownBy will now be offering Fortis to its farmers! With Fortis, the credit card processing charge is presently 2.75% + $0.20 for online payments. Fortis also charges a $6 monthly fee for active accounts. To add Fortis to your account, simply visit the Account Settings page on the GrownBy Farm Dashboard and start the application process for new merchants.
